12 Jumbo Shrimp
2 Tablespoons all purpose dry rub
6 pieces of bacon, par cooked and cut in half
1/4 cup habanero jelly melted (measure in microwave safe measure cup and microwave about 30 seconds)
Peel and devein shrimp, wash and pat dry with paper towel. Put shrimp in bowl and toss with dry rub, coating shrimp thoroughly with the dry rub.
Partially cook the bacon but leave it soft, cut bacon in half and wrap half slice around each shrimp.
Preheat barbeque grill to medium, place shrimp on grill and cook until shrimp are cooked and bacon is cooked, 5 to 7 minutes. Don’t over cook the bacon!
Once the shrimp and bacon are cooked, remove to a serving platter and glaze with the melted habanero jelly! Enjoy!
